BELL, IRVING A., 87, 536 E. 59th St., Hialeah, Thursday (Aug. 29, 1963). Born in Webb, Ala. In Hialeah since 1950 from Oldsmar, where he had lived for 29 years coming from Alabama. Retired plumber.

Survived by a son, Benni K., Tampa; four daughters, Mrs. Roy Summerford and Mrs. Lubenice Parker, both of Webb; Mrs. L. Watson, Hialeah, and Mrs. William K. Painter, West Hollywood; 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
