Isaac B. Morris

Isaac B. Morris, 74, died at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday at Howard Memorial Hospital where he had been hospitalized for two days.

Born in Woodville, Miss., Mr. Morris had been a resident of Biloxi for 22 years. A barber, he lived at 1021 Lee St.

Mr. Morris is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ava Lou Bowman Morris; three sons, James Morris of Atlanta, Ga., Bennie J. Morris, of Modesta, Calif. and Alton Morris of Crystal Springs, Miss.; five daughters, Mrs. Cooper Jackson of Crystal Springs, Mrs. Susie Johns of Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. Thelma Sturgis of West Monroe, La., Mrs. Annie Myers of Schenectady, New York, and Mrs. Elaine Hodges of North Highland, Calif.; three brothers, Carroll Morris of Magnolia, Clarence Morris of Drew and Harry Morris of Jackson; one sister, Mrs. Irene Hagan of Baton Rouge; 25 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Biloxi from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday. The body will be taken from the funeral home to Baldwin Funeral Home in Crystal Springs, where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday.

Interment will be in Crystal Springs Cemetery.
