J. C. ``Buster'' Crum
Funeral services for James Clinton ``Buster'' Crum, 69, of Winnsboro were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 16, in the Chapel of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home.
Interment was in Oak Grove Cemetery with the Rev. Virgil Harris, the Rev. Ernest Oliver and the Rev. Charles Parker officiating.
A native of Fort Necessity, he was born December 14, 1912. He was a retired farmer. He died on Feb. 15, 1982, of a lengthy illness.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Rosa Lee Crum, Fort Necessity; two sons, Jerry Crum and Clinton Crum, both of Fort Necessity; two daughters, Mrs. Kathy Atcheson, Fort Necessity and Mrs Opal Provarise, Lorman, Miss.; seven brothers, Earl Crum, Nolan Crum, Tommy Crum, Ray Crum, Huey Crum, W. E. Crum, and Sula Crum, all of Fort Necessity; 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Grandsons served as pallbearers.
