FUNERAL SERVICES FOR J. J. LASH, HOOVERS' CHAPEL TOMORROW AT ONE P.M.

James J. Lash passed away at his home, 107 E. Olive street, Saturday evening following a sickness of several months.

Mr. Lash moved to this city from Huntington Beach Feb. 16, 1922.

Funeral services will take place at the Hoover Funeral chapel Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. Interment to be in Riverside.

Mr. Lash served nearly four years in the Civil War, enlisting in Co. F. 13th Infantry of Michigan, October 30, 1861. Discharged March 19, 1865. He served in many of the large battles and just before the close of the war lost his left arm.

Mr. Lash was born in Ohio May 19, 1841, and at the time of his death, was 82 years, 11 months of age.

He is survived by his wife who resides at the home on East Olive street, this city; three daughters and 1 son, Mrs. Maud Flinn of Albion, Indiana; Mrs. Ruby Rundel of Mexico, Indiana; Mrs. Elizabeth Beard of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mr. W. C. Lash of Redlands, Calif.
