A retired farmer and timberman, J. O. Perry, 75, of Louin, Route 2, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Harvey James, Louin, Tuesday night.
Funeral services will be held from Antioch Baptist Church Thursday, 10 a.m., with the Rev. Otis Matthews, the Rev. Bill Hegwood and the Rev. John Foye Sr., officiating. Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery.
He leaves four daughters, Mrs. James, Mrs. Cecil Graham, Converse, Tex.; Mrs. Grambrille Sellers, Laurel, and Mrs. Albert Taylor, Richton; two sons, J. H. Perry, Lumberton, and G. T. Perry, Laurel; one brother, C. C. Perry, Houston, Tex.; 22 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Memory Chapel is in charge.
