Funeral services for Dr. James P. Anderson Sr., 57, a former Nashville resident, will be at 3 p.m. today at Kirkland, Croy and Hughes Funeral Home in Thomasville, Ga.
Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at Mount Olivet Cemetery. The body will be at Martin's, 209 Louise Ave., at 8:30 a.m. tomorrow.
Anderson, chief medical officer for the Veterans Administration in Thomasville, died Tuesday in a Thomasville hospital.
Survivors include his widow, two daughters, Miss Martha Anderson, Thomasville, and Mrs. Leslie H. Smith, Tuscaloosa, Ala.; three sons, James P. Anderson Jr., Chattanooga, and Charles and William Wyatt Anderson, both of Thomasville; and two grandchildren.
