Dr. James Perry Jordan Jr.

Dr. James Perry Jordan Jr., 52, of Orland Park, a former president of the Illinois Society of Anesthesiologists, died Thursday at Palos Community Hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra; five sons, Michael, Leonard A., Stephen, Mark P. and Mark S.; a daughter, Meghan; his mother, Maude Jordan; and two brothers.

Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday at Lawn Funeral Home, 7732 W. 159th St., Orland Park. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 16699 S. 94th Ave., Orland Hills.

Dr. James P. Jordan

ORLAND PARK, Ill. -- Services for Dr. James Perry Jordan Jr., M.D. will be at 10 a.m. today at St. Elizabeth Seton Church. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.

Jordan, 52, of Orland Park died Thursday, May 25, 1995, in Palos Heights.

He was a native of Alexandria, La., and a graduate of Menard High School. He attended Louisiana State University at Alexandria and graduated in 1968 from Louisiana State University Medical Center, New Orleans. He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his wife; five sons; one daughter; his mother, Maude Jordan of Alexandria; and two brothers.
