BERGIN
James Bergin Jr. 63, of Pasadena, TX died September 28, 2005 from a motorcycle crash in Pasadena.
He was born in Laurel, MS November 23, 1941 to parents James S. and Vermell Bergin. He served in the US Army from 1959 to 1962. He retired in 2002 from Southwestern Bell Telephone after 40 years.
He is survived by his mother, Vermell Goodnight; daughter, Cindy Minter and husband Wesley; sons, Stephen Bergin, Michael Bergin and wife Heather; sister, Brenda Alberti; 6 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
The family will receive guests from 6-8 PM Friday, September 30, 2005 at Grand View Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, October 1, 2005 at Grand View Chapel with interment following at Grand View Memorial Park.
