James Eddings Jr.
James Wallace Eddings Jr., 50, of 12 Buena Vista, died Sept. 18, 1993, at home.
Graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. today at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park. Charles McCain and Charles Durham will officiate with Hayes Chapel Funeral Home directing.
He was a native of Montevallo and the son of the late James Wallace Eddings. He was a graduate of the University of Alabama, served in the Navy in Vietnam and was owner of James W. Eddihngs [sic Eddings] Insurance Company.
Survivors include his wife, Heidi Eddings, Tuscaloosa; a son, James Wallace Eddings III, Tuscaloosa; a daughter, Ann Stuart of Tuscaloosa; and his mother, Willa Dean Kendrick Eddings, Montevallo.
Pallbearers will be Glenn Baxter, Gerald “Zeke” Busby, Jimmy Cochrane, George Edwards, Howard Garrison, Robert Gregg, Joe Lee Hutt and Steve Tucker.
