Jan H. McQueary

FORT WORTH - Jan H. McQueary, a caseworker for the Department of Human Services, died Wednesday at home. He was 45.

Funeral will be at 4 p.m. today at First Baptist Church in Mineral Wells. Burial will be in Indian Creek Cemetery near Mineral Wells.

White's Funeral Home in Mineral Wells is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. McQueary was a graduate of Weatherford College. He was an Air Force veteran.

Survivors: Wife, Mary McQueary of Fort Worth; three daughters, Brandi McQueary of Houston, Susan McQueary of Mineral Wells and Maggie McQueary of Fort Worth; son, Chad McQueary of Mineral Wells; parents, Patti and Weldon McQueary of Mineral Wells; and sister, Kathy Stewart of Scottsdale, Ariz.
