Funeral services for Janice Loraine Enterkin, 74 of Lismore, LA will be held at Lismore Baptist Church on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Mack Walker and Bro. Stan Wyant officiating. Interment will follow at Lismore Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Home.
Mrs. Enterkin was born on November 27, 1935 in Tullos, Louisiana and passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at Cabrini Medical Center in Alexandria. She was a resident of Lismore, a home maker and an active member of Lismore Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by:
Father-Ayliffe L. Whatley
Mother-Neva M. Whatley-Williams.
Survivors include:
Her husband of 55 years, James A. Enterkin of Lismore, LA
Son-Mark Enterkin and wife Shirley
Daughter-Jenna Williams and husband Kenny
Brother-Ayliffe L. ``Buddy'' Whatley and wife Linda
Step-father-William A. Williams and wife Lynette
Grandchildren-Heather Enterkin, James Enterkin, Steve Enterkin and Kaci Shepard
Great-Grandchildren-Aaron and Becky Arnold and Avery Shepard and Trevor Bolyer.
Also surviving are her many friends and loving church family.
The Pallbearers will be Avery Shepard, Buddy Whatley, Jr., Dean Shepard, James B. Enterkin, Kenny Williams and Steve Enterkin.
The Honorary Pallbearers will be Trevor Bolyer, William Whatley and William Williams.
The family will receive friends Lismore Baptist Church from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Friday, June 18, 2010.
