Services for Jerome H. McDonald, 65, of Pine Bluff, AR were 3 p.m., Thursday April 5 at the Riser Chapel in Columbia. Interment followed in the Hebert Cemetery in Caldwell Parish.

Mr. McDonald was born on December 1, 1935 in Hebert to the union of Mrs. Katherine E. Swett McDonald and the late John F. McDonald.

Mr. McDonald enjoyed playing the guitar, piano and composing songs. He was in a band for six years. He enjoyed singing with his brother, Burleight and his mother. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. He served in the United States Army and the United States Navy. He worked for the OK. Milk and Ice Cream Company, International Paper Company and was a coil winder for Central Moloney transformer.

Survivors include one son, Jerome Stephen McDonald of Pine Bluff; one daughter, Karen Sue Oakley of Jefferson, AR; three brothers, Paul M. McDonald and James A. McDonald both of Pine Bluff, AR and Burleight J. McDonald of White Hall, AR; one step-brother, Jack B. McDonald of Olla; three sisters, Mackie L. McDonald of White Hall, AR; Janette E. Hess of Little Rock, AR and June V. Boyd of Jackson, MS; and seven grandchildren.
