McNEIL

Jerome Lex McNeil, 64, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 1998. He was a native of Laurel, MS. and has lived in Jacksonville for the past thirty years. He was retired from the U.S. Navy as a Chief Petty Officer.

Survivors include his wife of twenty two years, Rachael; daughters, Virginia Gail Henck and Miriam Barr both of Jacksonville; sons, Wallace Donald Rowland of Jacksonville and Vernon Michael Rowland of Waycross, GA; brothers, Ray McNeil of Jackson, MS. and Kerney McNeil of Corinth, MS; sister, Wynona Dill of Tuscaloosa, AL; eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 7 at 11am in the chapel of Fraser Funeral Home, 8168 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville, with Rev. David Collins officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery, Jacksonville.

The visitation will be held on Sunday (today) from 6pm until 9pm at the funeral home in Jacksonville.
