Funeral services for Jesse Allbritton 90 a laborer of Wisner, LA will be held 2 pm Sunday September 23, 2012 at Wisner Assembly of God with Rev. Theresa Johnson officiating. Interment will be in South Central Cemetery Wisner, LA under the direction of Gill First National Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5 -- 9 pm Saturday September 22, 2012 at the church.

Mr. Jesse was born January 10, 1922 in Wisner, LA to his parents Archie and Celia Mach Allbritton and left this world peacefully on September 20, 2012 at Plantation Oaks Nursing Home in Wisner, LA to be with his heavenly father.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Ira Lee Morse Allbritton; four sons Jesse Allbritton, Jr.; Larry Allbritton; Ronnie Allbritton and Roy Allbritton; one daughter in law Diane Searcy Allbritton; one grandson Shawn Warren; three brothers Henry Allbritton, Frank Allbritton, and Archie “Buddy” Allbritton; three sisters Louise Sapp, Annie Bell McDaniel and Betty Jean Parker.

Survivors include daughters Wanda Faye Allbritton; Carolyn Lyle and husband Leo; daughter in law Darlene Allbritton; two sisters Mary Francis Herring; Irene Lee and husband Charles; two sister in laws Doll Allbritton and Tiny Ensminger; brother in law Jackie Parker; grandchildren Joey Warren and wife Kim; Pam Grantham and husband Greg; Teresa Simms and husband Mayo; Angie Morris and husband Mike; Jill Allbritton Eubanks; Melissa Middleton and husband Lynn; Brandon Batchelor; Crystal Lampe and husband Matthew Lampe; 17 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter; a host of nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Pallbearers will be Gerald Allbritton, Johnny Wayne Allbritton, Jay Collins, Carl Haring, Sam Haring and Mayo Simms.

Honorary pallbearers David Allbritton, Brandon Batchelor, Bubba Dale Ellerbe, Mickey Ferrington, John Haring, Pete Haring, David Kretchzmier and Joey Warren.
