JONESBORO (Special) -- Jesse Sherwood Hall Jr., 47, of Friendship community, died unexpectedly early today at Jackson Parish Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Danville Cumberland Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Alfred Stone and the Rev. Eldred Blakely officiating.

Burial will be in Danville cemetery under direction of Edmonds Funeral Home.

Mr. Hall was a highway department employe and a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Betty Ann Hall; and his father, Jesse S. Hall Sr. of Friendship.
