SERVICES HELD SATURDAY FOR JESSIE BROWN

Funeral for Jessie James Brown, 77, who died Thursday afternoon at his residence in Delhi, were held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Robinson Baptist Church with Revs. A. C. Gammill and W. D. Smith officiating.

Burial was at Delhi Masonic Cemetery by Gay's of Delhi.

Survivors include one son, Nathan Brown, Salinas, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Gladys Streeter, Austin, Texas, Mrs. Lola Harrell, Dunn and Mrs. Stella Vineyard, Sacramento, Calif.; two brothers, Ed Brown, Archibald, and Henry Brown, Mangham; four sisters, Mrs. Blanche Jones and Mrs. Bertie Antley, both of Delhi, Mrs. Percilla Jones, Ypsilanti, Mich., and Mrs. Mae Jackson, Gilbert; 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Woody Perkins, Willie M. Martin, Russell Antley, W. H. Jones, Leroy Flint, Alcus Maxwell, Jack Brown and Arthur Nichols.
