Man Hit by Car In Monroe Dies
Monroe, May 4 (AP). -- Jesse S. Crum, 23, died in a local hospital today as a result of injuries suffered when he was struck by an automobile 10 days ago.
He was thought to have been recovering satisfactorily until today when he collapsed as a leg was being set, and death occurred.
Crum had lived in Monroe for the past 18 months, having come here from Cheter, Miss.
