Funeral services for Mr. Jewel B. Douglas, 78 of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00AM, Wednesday, January 10, 2007at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA with Elder Huey Hughes officiating. Interment to follow at Twin Cities Memorial Gardens, West Monroe, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.

Mr. Douglas was born March 28, 1928 in Clarks, LA and passed away January 7, 2007 in West Monroe, LA.

Mr. Douglas was preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher Jason Douglas.

Mr. Douglas is survived by his wife, Bobbie Douglas; son, Randy Douglas and wife Barbara; granddaughter, Amanda Sanford and husband Ben; 2 great grandsons, Gage Sanford and Carter Sanford; sister, Bonnie Norman and husband Gene, Patsy Peske and husband David; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The American Heart Association.
