MRS. JEWEL JACKSON

Funeral services for Mrs. Jewel Jackson, 53, who died unexpectedly Wednesday morning at her residence, 535 South 14th Ave., will be held Thursday, 10 a.m. from the chapel of Memory Chapel. The Rev. Tom Sumrall will officiate, with burial in Union Line Cemetery.

Mrs. Jackson is survived by four daughters: Mrs. Rachel Lyons, Mrs. Annie Jewel Lyons, Miss Louise Jackson and Miss Dale Watson, all of Laurel; two sons: Leroy Jackson, Laurel; and Bill Jackson, Ft. Hood, Tex.; six grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Lela [sic Lelia] Rayner, Bay Springs; Mrs. Annie Mae Johnson, Soso; Mrs. Alice Wood, Laurel; and five brothers: Horace Rayner, Stringer; Allen Rayner, Ander Rayner, Roy Rayner and Rube Rayner, all of Bay Springs.
