Jewell Conn
Funeral services for Mrs. Jewell “Yvonne” Conn will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at the Pentecostals of Alexandria, with Reverend Ernest Huber officiating. Interment will be at Liberty Chapel Cemetery, Williana, Louisiana, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.
Mrs. Conn, age 81, of Ball, entered eternal rest on Monday, June 16, 2008, at her residence in Ball, Louisiana.
She was a native of Joyce, Louisiana and a resident of Rapides Parish for the past 55 years. She was a member of the Pentecostals of Alexandria. She was a kind and caring mother and grandmother and loved everyone and god.
Mrs. Conn is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, George Conn of Ball; three sons, Mike Bruce and wife Judy of Tioga, Larry Conn and wife Susie of Ball, Greg Woodruff and wife Michelle of Shreveport; one daughter, Teresa Bordelon and husband Randy of Shreveport; one brother, Billy Ray Woodruff of Urania; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Pentecostals of Alexandria, on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m.
