Jimmy E. “Jim” McClary

Jimmy E. (Jim) McClary, 76 years young passed away on November 30, 2014 at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, AR. He was born on September 27, 1938 in Sarepta, LA.

His parents, W. D. and Ethel Mae McClary and sister, Faye Lester, preceded him to heaven.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Barbara Hill McClary; his beloved children and their spouses Kim (Bill) Madden, Scott (Jennifer) McClary; his cherished grandchildren Josh, Shelby, Graeme, Rachel, Lindsay, Ashley and Hannah. He also is survived by devoted sister and spouse Kathy (Brig. Gen. Mike, ret) Wooley; nieces and nephews and their children.

Jim McClary graduated Louisiana Tech University in 1961 with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering. Honor Fraternities include: Tau Beta Pi, Omicron Delta Kappa, and Phi Kappa Phi. He retired from Fina Oil & Chemical, Inc.

Jim McClary loved and was loved. Memorial Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Fairfield Bay United Methodist Church.
