She was married to the late William G. Germany for 61 years. They enjoyed traveling and their love and companionship towards each other and to their family was a testament to their marriage.

She will be honored and remembered with visitation Saturday, December 18, 2010, from 11:00am-2:00pm in Byram at Chancellor Funeral Home with services at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel, we will gather to celebrate her life. She is survived by her children, Glen Germany and Kathy of Madison, Patricia Estel and Rick of Flowood and Joycell Owens and Glen of Brandon; five grandsons; one granddaughter; and 13 great grandchildren.

A long standing member of Hillcrest Baptist Church, she enjoyed working with the 4 year old Sunday school class, then continued to work with children at Lakeshore Baptist. Then moved to Flowood, where she and dad became members of Liberty Baptist Church.

We would like to extend our thanks and appreciation to the nurses, aides and staff at Wisteria Gardens, for all their kindness, love and help during mom's illness. Also to her dear friends who kept in contact with her, your calls and visits will stay forever with us.

Mrs. Germany was an accomplished seamstress, artist and loved the time she spent in her kitchen preparing and enjoying the time spent there with her family. Her love for the Lord began at an early age, she was baptized as a young girl and continued that love through out her life. She had a true servant's heart which she set out to live, was always ready to give and never expected anything in return. She lived an amazing life and set a Christian example to those who were fortunate to know and love her. Complaining was not in her vocabulary, she always had a smile and thank you to everyone.

Memorials may be made to Liberty Baptist Church and the MS Lung Association.
