Last Will and Testament of J. Calvin Anders of Amite County, Mississippi
Wife: Georgiana Anders, for her natural life, all of my estate.
Children:
Joe C. Anders, Jr, manage farm business for said wife and no personal property to be sold
unless they agree upon it. For his services, Joe to have use of the farm cattle and stock,
and pay said wife her reasonable support, and keep all taxes and mortgage payments
paid. Provide his mother with a reasonable income of which she is to be the judge of the
amount.
Joe C. Anders, Jr. and Erline Brumfield any and all personal property that may be on
hand at the time of the death of said wife, they to share and share alike. Their share to go
to their descendants if any.
To John C. Anders, Jr., all the real-estate after the death of said wife, upon his paying to
teach of my other eight children, or their descendants, the sum of three hundred dollars,
each. The descendants of deceased children to receive their parent's share.
If John C. Anders, Jr, chooses to sell the real estate, all proceeds are to be divided as
equal shares, between all nine children.
Co-Executors to be John C. Anders, Jr, and son-in law, W. B. Moore.
