Funeral services for John Charles ``Jack'' Wolf, IV, were held 9:30 a.m., Saturday, June 11, 2005 at Klein Funeral Home Chapel in Tomball with Dr. Richard L. White officiating. Interment was held at Garden of Memories in Lufkin with Bro. Kevin Roy officiating.
Jack was born May 5, 2005 in Shenandoah and died June 9, 2005 in Tomball.
Survivors include parents, John and Paige Wolf; grandparents, John and Paulette Wolf and Gary and Sherry Rush; uncles and aunts, Chris and Michelle Wolf, Nathan Wolf, Michael and Ashley McCarty and Jay Rush; great-grandparents, John and Mary V. Wolf, Allen and Arah Rush and Lillian Dunn; numerous other family and friends.
Pallbearers were Chris Wolf and Jay Rush. Honorary pallbearer was Nathan Wolf.
