John E. Kelly

KOSCIUSKO -- John Ealy Kelly, 86, retired farmer of Leake County, died at Thaggard Clinic at Madden after an illness of two months. He had lived most of his life in Walnut Grove community. Services: Sunday at 3 p.m. at Nowell Funeral Chapel in Kosciusko. Burial: Shochalo [sic Shockalo] cemetery in Leake County.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bonnie Bryan Kelly, Walnut Grove Route Two; one daughter, Mrs. Ruby Sanders, Leake County; four sons, Leon Kelly, Leake County, Elton Kelly, Texas City, Texas, Buddy Kelly, Natchez, Travis Kelly, Taylorsville; one brother, Ira Kelly, Carthage; four sisters: Mrs. Ludie Brantley, Walnut Grove, Mrs. Eula Richmond, and Mrs. Euna Britt both of Carthage, and Mrs. Jessie Richmond, Jackson; also nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
