John Floyd Pippin

Funeral services for John Floyd Pippin, 78, Winnsboro, were at 4 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of First National Funeral Home here. Burial was in Ogden Cemetery.

Mr. Pippin died Friday at Iberia Parish Hospital after suffering injuries in an automobile accident.

Survivors include five sons, Harold Pippin and Robert Pippin, both of Morgan City, Walter Pippin, of Slidell, Earl Pippin of Bryant, Tex., R. L. Pippin of Alexandria; four sisters, Mrs. Margaret Sanders and Mrs. Clara Thomas, both of Winnsboro; Mrs. Eunice Tarver of Columbia, Mrs. Fayetta Browder of Lafayette; one brother, Staton Pippin of El Dorado, Ark.; and nine grandchildren.
