JOHN BELLEW DIES

John Thomas Bellew, 85, native of Woolmarket and resident there until four years ago when he went to live with his son in Ocean Springs, died at Biloxi Hospital at 9:57 p.m. yesterday. He was a retired logging and lumber man.

He leaves five sons, Singleton, Preston and Thomas, White Plains, Elliot, Biloxi, and Aden, Ocean Springs; two daughters, Mrs. R. S. Williams, White Plains, and Mrs. Geo. Cruthirds, Ocean Springs, 14 grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

He was a member of the White Plains Methodist Church. The funeral will be held from the home of a son, Singleton Bellew, White Plains at 4 p.m. Friday with services at the Coalville Methodist Church by Rev. Moore and burial in Coalville cemetery.
