BOSSIER CITY, LA - Funeral services for John W. Warner were held 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 5, 2006 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel. Bro. Billy Pierce, Pastor of Cypress Baptist Church officiated and entombment followed in Hill Crest Mausoleum.
Mr. Warner was born August 11, 1931 in Winnfield, LA to parents Dorrice Christian and Dorothy Bell Warner and passed away May 4, 2006 in Keller, TX following a long illness. He was Baptist and a Christian. Mr. Warner touched many lives in various ways as a Minister, Teacher, Coach, Referee, and friend.
Mr. Warner was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his children: John R. Warner and wife Patti of Haughton, LA, Kimberly Osborne of Southlake, TX, J. David Warner of Richmond, VA, grandchildren: Stephanie Worley, Johnathon Warner, Lauren Michelle Osborne, and Jordan Rae Warner, and four great grandchildren.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the organization of the donor's choice.
