Funeral services for John ``Wayne'' Tiller, 70, of Wills Point, are scheduled for 1:00pm, Thursday, December 3, 2009, at Hiett's LyBrand Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point with Rev. William McDonald officiating.

Wayne passed away November 30, 2009, in Wills Point.

John Wayne Tiller was born April 29, 1939, in Dallas to the late Warren and Dorothy West Clark Tiller. Wayne grew up in Dallas where he attended school. He served his country in the United States Air Force. Wayne worked as an electrician most all of his life. He owned and operated Delco Electric in Dallas until 1980. On October 5, 1989, Wayne married Peggy Clark Tiller. They made their home in Mesquite until moving to Wills Point in 1997. He owned and operated Wayne Tractor Sales in Wills Point for the last five years. He enjoyed playing dominos with friends and neighbors.

Along with his parents, Wayne is also preceded in death by his brother, Bill Tiller and his sister, Connie Miller.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy Tiller of Wills Point; sons, James Pruitt and wife, Cindy of Mesquite, John Tiller of Granbury and Toby Lopez of Houston; daughters, Gina Fincher and husband, Rick of Rowlett, Teresa Wiggins and husband, Cliff of Tool, Tonteann Harris and husband, Ronnie of Mesquite and Kelly Bowers and husband, Steve of Maine; brothers, Lynn Tiller of California, Roger Clark and wife, Jo of Wills Point, Carter Clark and wife, Melody of Canton and Gene Hartman and wife, Kathy of Idaho; sisters, Marie Wallace of Mabank and Pam Donico of Houston; stepchildren T.C. Collins, Teresa Vaughn and Joe Henry; twenty three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening, 6:00-8:00pm.
