Wesley Lincecum

Funeral service celebrating the life of Wesley Lincecum, will be held at the Lincecum Baptist Church, Friday, October 27, 2006 at 10 a.m. Rev. Jimmy Griffin, Rev. Lamar Carpenter and Rev. Jim Winegart officiating. Interment will follow in the Lincecum Cemetery under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.

Wesley Lincecum, 24 of Georgetown passed from this life on Monday, October 23, 2006 following an automobile accident.

He attended Northwestern State University and LA Tech University and was a member of the Lincecum Baptist Church. He followed in his father's footsteps as an avid sportsman and had both love and respect for the outdoors. He was employed with H&P Drilling Company Rig #72.

Survivors include mother; Darla Haddox Lincecum of Georgetown. He was the only grandchild of Clarence and Bobby Lincecum and Beauford and Lavern Haddox, Aunt Penny and David Kiser, Aunt Betty and Harvey Shelton, and special cousin Tom Sessions.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Tant, David Kiser, Clay Maxwell, Harvey Shelton, Jim Sessions, Tom Smith and Trent Edwards.

Honorary pallbearers will be W. L. Beavers, Roy Edwards, Dee Jones, Brandon Edwards, and the crews of Nabors Rig #203.
