Funeral services for John W. Clark, 1807 College Ave., Monroe, will be at 2 p.m. today in Mulhearn's Funeral Home Chapel, Monroe, with the Revs. James Evans and Alvin Smith officiating.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Monroe, under direction of Mulhearn's Funeral Home of Monroe.
Mr. Clark died at his home Thursday after a short illness.
He was in the automobile business as he was a retired manager of Steele Motors in Monroe. He was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church, a veteran of World War I and a member of the American Legion.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Una B. Clark, Monroe; two sons, John W. Clark Jr. and George D. Clark, both of Monroe; three sisters, Mrs. I. V. Hinton, Downsville, Mrs. Allie Mae Durbin, West Monroe, and Mrs. Mary Lou Petty, Monroe; three grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be F. N. Steele, Joe H. Monroe, J. R. Eunson, Hugh S. Lennon, David E. Stone, William A. Burford Jr. and J. Lester Duncan.
