J. W. Weatherford

John William Weatherford, 35, of Houston, Texas, formerly of Alexandria, died Sunday at 3:15 a.m. in a Houston hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lillian K. Weatherford of Houston; two sons, Johnny and Jimmy of Houston; three brothers, Charlie of Alexandria; Claude of Alexandria; James of Pineville; five sisters, Mrs. Christine Collins of Houston; Mrs. Annie Thornhill of Ball; Mrs. Lorine Thornhill of Paradise; Mrs. Betty Lucas of Fort Worth; Mrs. Eva Edwards of Tioga; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James W. Weatherford of Pineville.

Remains are at John Kramer and Son Funeral Home. Funeral services and interment are scheduled for 3 p.m. Wednesday at Kolin cemetery under direction of John Kramer and Son Funeral Home.
