Joseph Phillip Raby
September 3, 1960 - January 14, 2004

MANCHESTER, GA -- Joseph Phillip Raby, 43, of Manchester, formerly of Columbus, passed away Wednesday, Jan 14, at The Medical Center. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 18, at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary Macon Road Chapel.

Mr. Raby was born Sept. 3, 1960 in Columbus, son of the late Grady H. Raby and Myra Kathleen Taunton Raby. He had lived in Columbus most of his life before moving to Manchester. Mr. Raby was employed with Trust Company Bank in Atlanta, Ga., as the branch manager before moving to Manchester to open The Game Room.

Survivors include his three sisters, Martha Ann Allen of Butler, Ga., Carolyn Sue Solano of LaGrange, Ga., and Mary Ellen Estes of Columbus; two brothers, William Grady Raby of Romayor, Texas and James Michael Raby of Douglasville, Ga.
