Mrs. Jackson

Funeral services for Mrs. Josephine Emmons Jackson, 84, will be held Tuesday at Mt. Pisgah Church at 2 p.m. with Rev. Jim Terpo officiating, assisted by Rev. J. C. Sansing. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Jackson died Sunday at the Greenwood Leflore Hospital after a long illness.

She was a native of Carrollton and had lived in Greenwood for the past 12 years. Mrs. Jackson was the widow of Walter W. Jackson and a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.

She is survived by three sons, Willie Paul Jackson of Carrollton, Walter E. Jackson and Ward N. Jackson, both of Greenwood; two daughters, Miss Lennie Jackson and Miss Josephine Jackson, both of Greenwood; one sister, Mrs. M. M. Moore of DeQueen, Ark.; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
