Joyce Adele Dunn
Joyce Adele Dunn, age 79, of Winnfield, La., passed away Monday, October 27, 2008, at Winn Parish Medical Center in Winnfield, La.
She is the daughter of the late Arthur Christenson and the late Agnes (Shively) Christenson.
Mrs. Dunn is survived by: one son: William LaVerne "Bill" Dunn and his wife Jo Ellen of Winnfield; one brother: Arthur Christenson, Jr. of California; three grandchildren: John Matthew Cox and his wife Erica Kristene, Joseph Glenn Cox and his wife Wendi Leigh, and Jared Shane Cox and his wife Kristi Lanette; and two great grandchildren: Peyton Matthew Cox and Julia Kristene Cox.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at the Jordan Hill United Pentecostal Church with Reverend Brian Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Union Cemetery near Joyce under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.
Friends may visit with the family in the church on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
