Julie Denise King
(August 4, 1995 - July 30, 2007)

Funeral services for Julie Denise King will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 1, 2007 in the Lake Cove Baptist Church with Reverends Ervin Goodman, Murphy Walters, David Messer, Claude Hazelton, and Carol King officiating. Interment will follow in Turkey Creek Cemetery under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale.

Miss King, 11, of Turkey Creek entered eternal rest on Monday, July 30, 2007 in Children's Hospital, New Orleans.

Julie was a member of Faith Chapel in Turkey Creek where she loved to sing and worship God. She was a special child who touched the hearts of all she met.

Survivors include her parents, Randall King and Gloria “Necie” King, both of Lake Cove; one sister, Elizabeth King of Lake Cove; paternal grandparents, Johnny and Nezzie King of Lake Cove; maternal grandparents, Woodrow and Bessie Gail King of Lake Cove and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Friends may call at Lake Cove Baptist Church on Tuesday July 31, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. and on Wednesday, August 1, 2007 from 8:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m.
