Graveside services for Julius A. Stewart will be in Alexandria Memorial Gardens.
Stewart, 83, of Forest Hill died Saturday, Sept. 2, 2000, in Lecompte. He was a member of Forest Hill Lodge #254 and a retired motorman for Zapata.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Polly E. Stewart.
Survivors are his daughters, Mary Schrock of Cheneyville, Betty Spitzfaden of Forest Hill and Lorraine Garner Graham of Baton Rouge; sister, Helen Stewart Domanick of Redwood City, Calif.; 21 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Allen Schrock, Scott Garner, Stewart Schrock, Alfredo Cole, Micah Schrock and Leslie Winners.
