Katherine Peters Payne

MIDLAND, TEXAS - Services for Mrs. Katherine Peters Payne, 66, of Midland, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday January 17 at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Winnfield, La. Father Lee Humphrey will officiate. Burial will be in at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Winnfield under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.

Mrs. Payne died Thursday January 14, 1988, at Midland Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness.

She is survived by her husband, C. Win Payne of Midland; one son, John W. Payne of El Paso, Texas; two brothers, Gordon C. Peters and John J. Peters, Jr., both of Winnfield; and a granddaughter.
