Landrum Ray Ross

BOSSIER CITY, LA - Services for Landrum Ray Ross, 78, will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, December 5, 2005 at Rose-Neath Bossier Chapel. Officiating will be Buddy Ivey. Intement will follow in Forest Park Cemetery, St. Vincent Ave.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 4, 2005 from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Bossier.

Mr. Ross died Friday, December 2, 2005 in Bossier City, LA. He was born in Coushatta, LA. He was a retired machinist and resident of Bossier City. Mr. Ross was a veteran of World War II. He served in the U. S. Army Air Corp.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Buckelew, his parents, two brothers and four sisters.

Survivors include sons, Roger Ross and wife Charlotte of Amite, LA, Tom Chandler and wife Stephanie of Waskom, TX, Billy Chandler and wife Nancy of Lockhart, TX, daughters, Dorothy Baham-Birch and husband John of Robert, LA, Dianna Hill of Bossier City, LA, Phyllis Peterson and husband Dan of Wichita, KS, Sister Helen Wren and husband Odell of Coushatta, LA, brother, Winfred Ross and wife Joyce of Coushatta, LA and twelve grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Willie Thornton, Dean Wilfong, Jim Wilfong, Robert Jimmerson, Robert Richardson and Mark Moak.
