Laudie H. Brogan
Ridgeland -- Laudie H. Brogan, 89, died February 2, 2005, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Services were 3:30 p.m. Friday at Memory Chapel Funeral home with burial in Hickory Grove Cemetery. Reverends Tom Rayburn and Ken Regan officiated.
Mrs. Brogan was the daughter of the late V.B. Holifield and Pearl Murphy Holifield and wife of Tedford Brogan.
Mrs. Brogan is survived by a son, Reverend Doctor Richard A. Brogan, Clinton; two granddaughters, one grandson, and one great-granddaughter.
Mrs. Brogan was active in Second Avenue Baptist Church (now called Heritage Heights) as a choir member, nursery worker, and WMU leader.
Mrs. Brogan was known for her keen sense of humor and love for people.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to the Library Fund of Northside Baptist Church at 1475 East Northside Drive Clinton, MS 39056 and Hospice Ministries, 450 Towne Center Blvd, Ridgeland MS 39157. Designate for the Chaplain's Fund.
