OAK GROVE, LA -- Funeral services for Mrs. Laura Lucille Martin, age 90, of Oak Grove, Louisiana will be held at 2PM on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Grove, Louisiana.
Reverend Mike Howard will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Oak Grove, Louisiana.
Mrs. Martin passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at Autumn Care of Fayetteville in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
She is preceded in death by her father, Mosie Author Armfield; her mother, Mary Guice Armfield; 3 brothers, Henry Richard Armfield, Dillard Armfield, and Nathan Armfield, 4 sisters, Lula Kovac, Bessie Schrock, Ruby Mason and Josephine Robinson.
She is survived [by] her son, Chester Owen Malone of Live Oak, Florida; son, James Hersel Martin of Fayetteville, North Carolina; daughter, Toni Lee Golson of Monroe, Louisiana; daughter, Gloria Dean Robertson of Arkansas; daughter, Alice Wilson of Tucson, Arizona; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers are: Marcus Robinson, Bobby Kovac, Delco Erskin, John Thomas Kovac, Kevin Ray Kovac and Willie Aaron.
Family will receive friends Thursday, November 8, 2012 from noon until time of service at Cox Funeral Home in Oak Grove.
