MRS. LAURA McCARTY

Mrs. Laura McCarty, 77, died early Thursday morning at the Magee hospital following a long illness. A resident of Ellisville, Mrs. McCarty was born at Montrose and was a member of the Baptist Church at Montrose.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete awaiting the arrival of relatives. The body is at Thompson's Funeral Home.

Survivors are three daughters: Mrs. A. D. Sanders, Jackson; Mrs. Myrtis Carter, Ellisville, and Mrs. Joseph Fragapane, Erie, Penn.; three sons, Lee McCarty, Magee; Amos and O. B. McCarty, both of Laurel; two sisters, Mrs. Frazer Reid, Laurel and Mrs. V. V. Ruggin, Oak Grove, La.; one brother, M. P. Smith, Montrose; and 14 grandchildren.

Thompson's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

MRS. LAURA McCARTY

Funeral services for Mrs. Laura McCarty, of Ellisville who died early Thursday morning at the Magee hospital, will be held Saturday at the Palestine Baptist Church at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Ernest L. Goff and the Rev. K. T. McKenzie officiating. Burial will be in the Palestine Cemetery. The body will be carried to the church at 9 a.m.

Pallbearers will be Winford Loper, Hollis Reid, Edward McCarty, Sam Bob Smith, Gruman Smith, Lambert McCarty, Edward Smith and Dr. Bob Henry Parker.

Thompson's Funeral Home is in charge.
