Lauranne Suzanne Hatcher

Mrs. Lauranne Suzanne Hatcher, age 44 of Monroe, Louisiana (formerly of Winnfield) passed away on Friday, October 15, 2010. Mrs. Hatcher was born Wednesday, July 13, 1966 in Brookhaven, Mississippi.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Kyzar, and step-father, Harvey Shumake.
Mrs. Hatcher was a member of Lea Joiner Methodist Church of Monroe, LA and was employed as a Region VIII Social Worker for the State of Louisiana. She was a graduate of Atlanta High School, Northwestern State University, and attained her Master's Degree in Social Work.
Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Violet Shumake of Atlanta, LA, daughter, Hailey Elizabeth Hatcher of Monroe, LA son, Ian Jacob Hatcher of Monroe, LA, and daughter, Anna Nicole Hatcher of Monroe, LA, sister, Tracy Guilliams of Natchitoches, LA, special friend and grandmother to her children, Jean Hatcher of Winnfield, LA, three nieces, and numerous cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at Southern Funeral Home in Winnfield with Dr. Ray Teal officiating. Interment will be in Sardis Cemetery, near Atlanta, LA.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Shumake, Jimmy Shumake, Mike Shumake, Benny Hatcher, Chris Weatherford, and Wendell Kyzar.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, October 18, 2010, at Southern Funeral Home and from 8:00 AM until service time on Tuesday.
