Arinder, Leatha Spradley

This child of God went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, Sept. 5, 2005, after a long battle with emphysema. She was 63, a resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Gulfport, Miss. She spent her life taking care of her husband, children and their business.

Visiting at Greenoaks Funeral Home from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 9, and in the chapel on Saturday from 11 a.m. until religious service at noon. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Edgar Arinder; daughter, Ashley Arinder Deshotel; son, Eddie Arinder; sister, Marie Hare; brothers, John, Carl Jr. and Joe Spradley; and two grandchildren, Katie Arinder and London Deshotel.

Preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Nellie Spradley; sister, Carleen Spradley; and brother, Tommy Spradley.
