ARLINGTON -- Lelia Pearl Highsmith , 83, beloved wife and mother, passed away Sunday, Feb. 29, 2004, in Fort Worth.
Funeral: 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Moore Funeral Home Chapel, Arlington.
Burial: Moore Memorial Gardens.
Visitation: The family will receive friends 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials: Contributions may be made to Vitas Health Care of Texas, 2501 Parkview Dr., Suite 600, Fort Worth, Texas 76102, in Mrs. Highsmith 's memory.
Mrs. Highsmith was born May 8, 1920, to William J. Hawthorne and Lelia Kirkpatrick Hawthorne of Jacksonville.
She was preceded in death by her son, Ricky Harold Highsmith .
Survivors: Her husband of 54 years, Oscar Harold Highsmith .
