Lennis Whittington

WINNSBORO (Special) -- Funeral services for Lennis (Dock) Whittington, 65, of Winnsboro, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the chapel of First National Funeral Home with the Rev. W. W. Holland officiating.

Burial will be in Oakley Cemetery near Gilbert.

Mr. Whittington died Wednesday afternoon at Rosalee Nursing Home at Wisner after a long illness.

Survivors include one brother, Rayford Lee Whittington of Winnsboro; three sisters, Mrs. Gardner Wallace of Winnsboro, Mrs. Lee McIntyre of Baskin and Mrs. Marian Aswell of Vidalia; and a number of nieces and nephews.
