LEO HIBLER
Leo, born in Saguache, CO to Daniel Hibler and Serena Cherry on January 1, 1923, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 1, 2005. He was a U.S. veteran of World War II, first in the Horse Artillery, training riders and horses, then transferring to the Air Force and proudly serving in the European Theatre. After retiring from Zellerbach Paper Company as an Agriculture Merchandise Manager, he and a friend bought Coleman Pickle Company. He faithfully served as trustee and Secretary of the Fresno Elks Lodge #439 for several years. Leo was an avid sportsman spending many autumns hunting in Nevada and Colorado.
Leo was preceded in death by his parents; and his siblings Merle, Hazel, Kate, Edwin and Bill.

He is survived by his wife, Suzanne Ko Hibler; sons Daniel and his wife Sandra, and Timothy and his wife Pamela; stepson, Richard Ko and his wife Caroline; granddaughter Stephanie; and grandsons Brandon, Victor Brandon and Ramsey; as well as a precious great-granddaughter Jasmine.
A Memorial Service will be held at the John N. Lisle Chapel at Lisle Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 8, 2005, at 12:30 p.m. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at the Fresno Elks Lodge at 2:00 p.m.
