Mrs. Leona McIntosh

Funeral services for Mrs. Leona McIntosh, 68, Route 5, Laurel, will be held today at 4 p.m. in the Union Line Methodist Church with the Rev. Rupert Blue and Robert Holifield officiating. Burial will be in the Union Line Cemetery.

Mrs. McIntosh died early Sunday morning in a local hospital. She is survived by her husband, D. T. McIntosh, Laurel Route 5; one daughter, Mrs. Henry Kennedy, Ellisville; three sons, Talmadge McIntosh, Laurel, Route 5; Herman McIntosh, Laurel; and Daniel McIntosh, Ellisville; six sisters, Mesdames Ruth Stringer, Irene Rogers, Stringer; Bertha High, Collins; Rosa McNeal, Harlinger, Tex.; Lula Smith, Providence, R.I.; and Becky Robertson, Laurel; six brothers, Orange, Dewey and Rubin McCarty, Laurel; Roy McCarty, Stringer, Elmond McCarty, Wilmer, Ala., and Leonard McCarty, Collins.

Nephews served as pallbearers.

Thompson Funeral Home was in charge.
