Leona M. Phillips-Millikan

Leona May Phillips-Millikan, 61, of Manteca died Saturday at home. She was born in Webbers Falls, Okla., and lived in Manteca for 49 years. Phillips-Millikan was an accountant. She was a member of Classy Country Dancers and Country Rebels n' Roses and was a life member of California Scholarship Federation.

Survivors: father, Orvil Phillips of Manteca; daughters, Becky A. Patchen of Stockton and Jennifer M. Beaty of Elk Grove; brother, George E. Phillips of Manteca; and three grandchildren.

Services: 10 a.m. Thursday, P.L. Fry Son, 290 N. Union Road.
Visitation: -- to 5 p.m. Wednesday.
