LESLIE LEON TEMPLE

LESLIE LEON TEMPLE, 76, Wycliffe Street, Deltona, died Tuesday, Sept. 28. Mr. Temple retired from the U.S. Navy after 23 years, and more recently worked for the Pompano Beach Police Department for 11 years.

Born in Liberty, Miss., he moved to Central Florida in 1982. He was a member of the Fleet Reserve, Sanford; a member of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 23, Pompano Beach; and the Amercian Association of Retired Persons. He was a World War II Navy veteran.

Survivors: daughter, Shirley Gibbons, Nashville, Tenn.; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
